Digital products and online courses
Nice Tower offers downloadable SketchUp models and related digital resources, as well as online training. Digital purchases are delivered electronically; no physical item, packaging or return shipment is involved.
Download or file problems
If your paid download is unavailable, the file is damaged, or the delivered file does not match the product description, contact info@nicetowers.com. Include your order number, product name, a description of the problem and your software version. We review the issue and help restore download access or supply the correct file.
Digital file purchases
Once a paid digital file has been delivered or downloaded, the purchase is final and we do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or change-of-mind refunds. The first-session satisfaction guarantee applies only to online courses, not to digital files. If you believe you were charged twice, contact us with the relevant order numbers so we can investigate the payment. Do not send your card number, PayPal password or other payment credentials. This policy does not limit any refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.
Online courses: first-session satisfaction guarantee
Try the first session of your Nice Tower online course. If you are not satisfied after that session, you may request a full refund of the course fee you paid. Email info@nicetowers.com with your order number, course name and the date of your first session, and tell us that you would like to use the first-session satisfaction guarantee. For other cancellation or rescheduling requests, contact us with your course and booking details. This guarantee does not limit your applicable consumer rights.
Refund processing
If a refund is approved, we will confirm it by email. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported. The time for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Free resources and third-party purchases
Free downloads have no purchase amount to refund, but you can report an access or file issue to us. Products purchased directly from another website are handled by that seller under its own refund policy.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law. Contact us if you need help with an order or want to discuss a refund request.
